We don't take many things seriously here at Blurst, but we do take your privacy very seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy.

Information We Collect

We collect a minimal amount of information for our Blurst user accounts, including email, nickname, and password. We ask for your email as a mechanism to verify your account and to provide a means to recover your password should you forget it. We don't intend to spam the crap out of you.

We record game scores each time you play a game, as well as the frequency and times in which you play games. These scores are used in the leaderboards for purposes of competition. On some games we record a surprising amount of game-related details. For instance, we have over 15 million records for scoring events in Off-Road Velociraptor Safari (every scoring event ever, specifying game, time, and location in the game world). We do this mostly to amuse ourselves, but sometimes to balance game difficulty.

Email Usage

We will never sell, rent, lease, barter with, or share your personal information, including your email. Any communication we do initiate with you via email will include the opportunity to opt-out of further communication by email.

Flashbang Studios

Flashbang Studios is the company behind Blurst. We're a dainty six-person team. Flashbang is the name we use for company business; Blurst is the name we use for releasing sweet games. From time to time you may notice the Flashbang name on communications or Blurst materials. Fear not, we haven't sold you out. They're the same thing.
