Hey everybody! Hope you’re playing and enjoying Minotaur China Shop. From the stats we’ve been seeing and the comments all over the internets, it seems you are. Cheers, and thanks again for playing! It really does make us so happy to see people playing and enjoying our games.

Just popping in to officially post these two sweet videos Ben made and posted to our Vimeo account. If you want to keep up with stuff like this, an easy way is to follow our Blurst Twitter Account. The first is of the “final hours” kind, taken just before launch (and featuring and appearance by Ubisoft’s business development department, natch.) The second is a preview of some of the sweet Minoschwag we created in a limited run for the launch of the game. Our marketing budget is about as much as a trip to the grocery store, but we still get to make some fun stuff like shirts and mugs. And china that’s meant to be smashed.

Keep your eyes on this space for information on upcoming competitions in which you may be able to win the video-featured schwagery.

@Ryan - Actually, someone in the studio was having that problem earlier today. They ended up fixing it but I don't totally remember how. They either didn't have the most current Unity player or they just needed to restart the browser and try again. If that doesn't work, email us your system and browser specs at bugs@blurst.com and we'll try to nail it down for you.

Heard about you guys on 1up.com's podcast. Downloaded Unity player and all I get is the Flashbang logo and nothing else. Why can't I play your games? :-(

I've just discovered Minotaur China Shop and I can't believe how well you've captured my experience in retail. I particularly enjoy the mind-numbing sameness of the job, day after day. I just think somewhere you (or Unity) should say to Firefox 3.0 users - Please disable/delete piclens add-on before trying to play - or face 45 mins of restarting and tracking down why Firefox freezes every time you try....

Carl and emile: Can you guys email us directly? It sounds like a hardware issue--we'd like to either fix it or warn people if their computers won't support the effects we're doing: hello@blurst.com

Same thing as emile--I can hear the sound, and I can tell that the keyboard controls work, but can't see the playfield. Both IE7 and Chrome on XP. Going to try re-installing Unity.

It doesn't work. Downloaded unity player, installed, restarted comp and browser, only a black screen when i hit play. Sound works. Firefox on XP
